"Paisan Surprise"

All ingredients organic:

  • 1-1 1/2 lb of ground meat venison 
  • 1 32oz can of crushed tomatoes 
  • 1 can or 1 1/2 cups of beans (black, kidney, navy, or pinto) 
  • 1 16 oz bag of frozen cut green beans or peas 
  • 1/2 onion diced 
  • 1 clove of garlic pressed 
  • 1 Tbl garlic powder 
  • 1 Tbl onion powder 
  • 1 Tbl oregano 
  • 1 Tbl basil 
  • 1 Tbl Celtic sea salt 
  •  1 1/2 boxes of artichoke pasta shells 

Lightly brown the meat in a pot. Do not drain. Add all other ingredients except the pasta. Cover & Simmer for 1 hour. Boil pasta for 8 minutes (al dante). Drain and mix into pot as a one pot mixture. Garnish with parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
