Trenton, NJ — March 7, 2012 — Today the UBNJ and TANJ announced that in conjunction with Mark and Terry Drury’s Dream Shed Project they have raised $2,400.00 for the Catch A Dream Foundation.
At the 8th Annual NJ Bowhunters Game Dinner held on March 3, 2012 a shed antler found in Iowa by Mark Drury from the deer “Treat” was sold in a live auction for $1,200.00. The proceeds from this Dream Sheds Project auction will be donated to the Catch A Dream Foundation. The winning bidder was New Jersey’s own Will Jimeno. Jimeno, a UBNJ member, is a 9/11 survivor and hero, as well as a dedicated father, husband, bowhunter, outdoorsman, and a positive role model for the youth of today. MORE...
The UBNJ has moved its Email Alert subscription service to a new company
The UBNJ has begun the migration process of switching its members only Email Alert Service providers. This is being done to stream-line and upgrade the service provided to our members. The Alert List will continue to function to inform interested members of upcoming UBNJ events, activities, news, and legislative issues. The email generated by the new provider, MailChimp, should leave no doubt that the communication received is an authentic email generated by the UBNJ. If you are subscribed to the current Email Alert List you will continue to receive notifications as usual, if you are a member who does not currently receive Email Alerts from the UBNJ and wish to, you can subscribe to this Email Alert List HERE.
